Field Missionary Support

Working in an area where the Bible is not available in the native language or where Jesus is not known or even tolerated is a special calling.  We support the efforts of groups and people whose life work is to fulfill the Great Commision of spreading The Gospel messege throughout the world.  One group we support is .....

EPIC International - EPIC International is focused on closure. By that we mean, it is possible to fulfill the Great Commission in our lifetime. Once every unreached people group has a valid, functioning, indigenous church movement, the church will have accomplished the task that our Lord instructed us to do. Continuously, new church planting movements are being birthed in the limited access areas of our world. Our operative word is strategic. We are focused on reaching those people groups who are strategic to reaching others. We are committed to energizing, equipping and training an indigenous workforce that will usher in the Kingdom of God.

Bob made a trip to Turkey and Iraq on July 30th to August 12th, 2007 to support EPIC and a Missionary in the field. "This trip was much different than my previous African mission trips and was very enlightening to me.  We accomplished much of what we set out for and much of our experiences were a surprise to us.  As I anticipated and prayed for, God had more in mind, work inside me as opposed to what I could do with my hands and brain.  God used us well to problem solve and encourage, but primarily my heart was breaking for those people gripped by the lies of Islam and Yezedism and for those especially who have never heard the Gospels.  The freedoms that we have in America of speech, liberty, and worship are not enjoyed there at all.  I am in awe of the men and women who are devoting and sometimes giving their lives to bring the Word of Truth."
